By using the Pikolinos Website or Pikolinos Services, and making purchases accordingly, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Purchase regardless of any membership status.

These Conditions of Purchase govern purchases and orders of the products offered by Pikolinos on its Website pursuant to the terms and policies contained herein.
Pikolinos reserves the right to modify, update, amend, or change the Conditions of Purchase at any time without prior notice. These changes become effective when published on the Pikolinos Website or when made available by any other form or means of communication. Any such changes are applicable to purchases made after the changes become effective.

The purchaser, user, customer, or registered user (“You”, “Your”, “User”, or “Purchaser”) who accesses the Website and purchases Pikolinos products, agrees to accept these Conditions of Purchase and the General Conditions at https://www.pikolinos.com/us-en/general-conditions.html.
Purchasing Process& How to Place an Order
Purchasing items on the Pikolinos Website is simple. Instructions for using the Website and adding items to your shopping cart are available in the Pikolinos Buying Guide – How to Place an Order at https://www.pikolinos.com/us-en/faqs.html?tipo=1. To complete a purchase on the Website, Users must create an account and become a Registered User and expressly accept these Conditions of Purchase before completing an order.

Pricing, Shipping and Delivery Policies
Prices on the Website are set by Pikolinos and shown in U.S. dollars, including any applicable taxes. Tax rates are subject to change.
Pikolinos USA ships throughout the United States. Pikolinos USA does not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, nor US territories including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam.
Shipping rates are based on the merchandise total before promotions or discounts are applied. While most items ship from within the United States, other items may be shipped from Spain and will not qualify for express delivery options. Shipping and delivery costs are shown in the cart and may change depending on the types of products purchased and the selected shipping options.
Orders will be shipped within 72 hours of order confirmation. From time to time there may be exceptional circumstances that prevent timely delivery.
- Technical means to correct errors
If you discover there has been an error in entering your shipping and/or billing address when placing your order, you can change it under “My Account”, in the “My Orders” section, as long as it is still logistically possible to apply the change. This option is available until we start preparing your order. When we start depends on how many orders we have to prepare.
Changing your order may affect the delivery date. You can check the updated delivery date after making changes in the “My Orders” section.
This option is not available for orders to be delivered to a Pikolinos shop with the “Click&Collect” option, only if you have chosen home delivery. Any change in the shipping address may affect the delivery date.
Promotions, Discounts and Special Offers

Pikolinos may provide discount coupon codes and run promotional campaigns from time to time. The terms and conditions of each discount or promotion will be specific to each event and may be provided by email, shown on the Website, or provided with other event campaign materials.
To redeem discount coupon codes, enter the code in your cart during the checkout process. Once the discount or promotion is applied to your order it will be shown in the cart. If a discount or promotion is not shown in your cart it has not been applied to the order.
The following terms apply to Pikolinos promotions, discount coupons and other special offers:
· Pikolinos reserves the right to modify or cancel any coupon or promotion at any time.
· The purchase must meet all eligibility requirements stated which include, but are not limited to, minimum or maximum purchase requirements, product restrictions to qualifying items, or coupon reuse limitations.
· Product discount coupons do not apply to shipping and delivery costs or any applicable taxes.
· The discount coupon or offer must be redeemed within the promotion timeframe and not have expired.
· Only one discount coupon may be used per order. Discounts and promotions may not be combined.
· Any unused difference between the actual amount of the discount received and maximum amount allowed will be forfeited and is not refundable or redeemable, nor will it be credited to a subsequent order.
· If you return products that were subject to discounts or promotions, the discount or promotional value will be subtracted from any refund received.
· The sale or purchase of discount coupons is prohibited. Discount coupons may not be duplicated or distributed for compensation. Discount coupons have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable.
· Offers are good only while supplies last.

Join the Smiling Community and get access to exclusive Pikolinos benefits and promotions. Become a member of the Smiling Community simply by subscribing to the email newsletter. To become a Smiling Community member you must provide your email and other information that is marked with an asterisk. Then use the Join button to subscribe and become a member of the Smiling Community enjoying membership advantages including early access to offers and promotions.
Advantages and Special Features of the Smiling Community
Welcome Discount
Join the Smiling Community receive a Welcome Discount of $10 off your next purchase of $50 or more. The Welcome Discount is valid for 10 days from the date you first become a member.
The Welcome Discount can only be used once and can be used with other discounts and/or promotions. The Welcome Discount may not be used with some coupons.
Shipping Policy
Smiling Community members enjoy FREE shipping and delivery costs for deliveries throughout the United States. (Pikolinos USA does not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, nor US territories including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam.)
Only USPS Standard Service or UPS Ground Service are available for free shipping options.
Extended Return Period
Smiling Community members receive an extended return or exchange period of 60 days following receipt of orders. No justification for return is needed. Products that have been used or damaged are not eligible for this benefit.
Birthday Treat
Pikolinos will send you an email birthday greeting with a 5% discount that is valid for 30 days.
Early Access to Offers and Promotions
Smiling Community members are granted early access to Pikolinos promotions. Members will receive notification by email of upcoming promotions.
Special Sweepstakes
Smiling Community members may participate in special drawings and sweepstakes. Each promotion will be subject to specific terms and conditions and additional requirements may apply. Information about each special drawing or sweepstakes will be advertised through the Smiling Community newsletter and on the Pikolinos website with any details, requirements, or limitations that may apply.
Free Cleaning Products
Smiling Community members may receive free Pikolinos shoe cleaning sponges or creams. Members that make a Pikolinos purchase online or in stores may request one free cleaning product per member, per year.
Membership Terms
Smiling Community terms and conditions are published on the Pikolinos website. The benefits of Smiling Community membership are benefits and/or special features voluntarily granted by Pikolinos to Smiling Community members. Pikolinos reserves the right to modify Smiling Community terms and conditions at any time. Pikolinos will inform Smiling Community members of changes or modifications of these terms by publishing such terms and conditions on the website, by email, or by other methods. Such terms and conditions will come into force as of the date of publication on the website, or notification by email.
Smiling Community members are not entitled to any compensation or indemnity whatsoever upon the modification or cancellation of these terms and conditions.
Pikolinos reserves the right to verify the identity of any Smiling Community member at any time.
Craftsmanship Guarantee and Limited Warranty
Pikolinos warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the delivery date of the product to the customer. If a Pikolinos product fails due to any material or manufacturing defect during the warranty period then, after inspection and verification by Pikolinos, the original purchaser will be reimbursed the original price paid, or the product will be replaced at Pikolinos’s discretion. The customer may be responsible for costs incurred returning the product to Pikolinos for inspection.
This limited warranty only applies in the United States to products purchased from the Pikolinos Website by the original purchaser. The limited warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, normal wear and tear, accident, improper care, or alteration. The limited warranty does not apply to products repaired or refurbished by non-authorized parties.

Cancellation, Exchange and Return Policy
Items purchased on the Website may be returned for any reason within 30 days of your receipt of the order. Further instructions for cancellations and returns are found in the Pikolinos Buying Guide – How to Return an Order at https://www.pikolinos.com/us-en/faqs.html?tipo=2.
You may exchange your purchase for a different size of the same product within 30 days of receiving your order. Information on exchanges can be found in the Pikolinos Buying Guide – Exchanges and Returns FAQ at https://www.pikolinos.com/us-en/faqs.html?tipo=2.
- Right to cancel orders
In addition to the right of withdrawal, Pikolinos offers customers the chance to cancel orders as long as it is still logistically possible. This option is available until we start preparing your order. When we start depends on how many orders we have to prepare.
When it is available, you’ll see the option to cancel your order under “My Account” > “My orders”. Orders must be canceled completely; it is not possible to cancel only some of the items in an order. After being canceled, the order can’t be reactivated. You would have to place a new order through our website. If you used a promo code or discount coupon for the order canceled, it will be lost and you will not be able to use it again to place another order.

General Matters
Obligations of the Parties
Pursuant to these Conditions of Purchase, Pikolinos agrees to:
1. Use its commercially reasonable best efforts to ensure the Purchaser receives their order in a timely manner and in good condition.
2. Provide effective communication and documentation to the Purchaser regarding the status of their order.
3. Comply with any other obligations included in the Conditions of Purchase or other terms of purchase.
By accepting these Conditions of Purchase, the Purchaser agrees to:
1. Make timely payments, including taxes, fees and any other costs specified during the purchasing process. Should a payment be rejected, the order will be canceled.
2. Provide any information required to complete an order or purchase. Purchaser agrees to provide accurate information and is responsible for any inaccuracies or changes to information provided during the purchase process.
3. Assume any and all liability arising from the Purchaser’s breach of these Conditions of Purchase and any other requirements set by Pikolinos for purchase.
4. Comply with any other obligations included in the Conditions of Purchase, or any other applicable terms such as the General Conditions and registration requeriment, and Purchaser assumes any and all liability from Purchaser’s breach of these requirements.
5. Assume all responsibility derived from Purchaser’s use of the Website, any non-compliance by Purchasers with these terms, and hold Pikolinos fully harmless.
Other Terms and Conditions
The Pikolinos General Conditions (https://www.pikolinos.com/us-en/general-conditions.html) are applicable to these Conditions of Purchase, including governing law, representations and warranties, indemnification, and limitation on liabilities.
