ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION 

Pikolinos USA Corp is committed to digital accessibility, and to confirm to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 [*to be updated to “(WCAG) 2.2”, as required in May of 2023], Level AA and complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) effective communication requirements, and other applicable regulations.

Pikolinos is committed to making its website and mobile site accessible to all consumers and guests. Pikolinos is dedicated to making it easy for everyone to find the right products for their needs.

We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.

Website Accessibility

We have ongoing projects to improve all functionality and content at www.pikolinos.com, with a special focus on improving accessibly to all. To that end, you will find ALT Text tagging of our Photographic images, graphics and videos, that allow users with screen readers to listen to a description of the image and/or graphic, which assists in understanding the intent of visual content. We also have label tagging of our data entry fields, and other features to aid in accessibility. Our goal is to meet Level A Success Criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 as soon as possible.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that PDF files on the website are accessible, with proper layouts and tagging for screen readers.

Website users can control the text size of each page with their Internet browser. On a PC, holding the CTRL key while pressing the plus key will increase text size, and holding the CTRL key while pressing the minus key will decrease text size. On a Mac, holding the command key while pressing the plus key will increase text size, and holding the command key while pressing the minus key will decrease text size.

Free Assistive Technology

We have also incorporated free Assistive Technology on our website for customers who do not have access to it and have trouble typing, moving a mouse or reading a screen. The app incorporates tools such as mouse and keyboard replacements, voice recognition, speech enablement and more, that empower the customer to overcome their challenges in accessing the Pikolinos family of websites with ease.

Voice Recognition

If you need a voice recognition app, please go our accessibility widget in the home page Using a Screen Reader We recommend using the most up-to-date version possible of any assistive technology and web browser products, either the current major release or the prior release. This will help ensure that we can deliver dynamic, full-featured web content that is as compatible as possible with the latest assistive technology.
